Some work needs specialist skills for a set period, such as a system change, a backlog, maternity cover or an interim manager. We define the deliverables, the duration and the expected day-to-day contribution with you. Then we search for contractors with directly relevant experience and check their availability and references.

You review a small number of profiles and meet the people you want to see. We agree the start date, duration and terms in writing before anyone begins, and we keep in touch during the contract. If the project runs longer or ends early, we work through the changes with you and the contractor.
